Translating Program
|
It is very easy to translate the program into your language and it takes between 30 min and 2 hours depending on how fast
you can type :-)
All you need is a text editor (like Notepad that comes with Windows) and the
the translation file with the English phrases that needs translating.
The procedure of translating is explained in the beginning of this file. Basically it's a text file with a number
of rows containing English phrases. If you write anything on the empty row after such a phrase it is considered to
be the translation. If you leave empty rows the English phrase will be used as default. The rows starting with a # is
comments and don't need to be translated. Good luck!

Translating Help File
|
Translating the help file is a little bit more complicated, but anyone with some computer skills can do it!
The help file is made of a number of HTML files that then are combined, using Microsoft HTML Help Compiler, to a help
file like the one you find in the program.
What you need to do is downloading the HTML files and images in a zip compressed file.
Then you also need to get the HTML Help Compiler program from
Microsofts developer web site.
Now you can use the HTML Help Compiler program to edit the helpfile. You need to replace the English phrases with your
own language and then compile everything and mail it to us and we'll put it on this web site!
In the help file there are a number of screenshots from the program. They were taken using English, so to make a "complete"
translation of the help file you will need to take new screen shots of the same "situations", using your language. They should
be in the GIF format and reduced to 256 colors to minimize size.
